How We Test

Every prompt on LadyPrompts is checked by our editorial team before it goes live. This page says exactly what those checks are — and what they are not. We do not claim laboratory-style testing we have not done. We claim a careful editorial review, and here it is.

The five checks every prompt must pass

  1. Face wording checked. The prompt must tell the AI to keep the same face, skin tone and age as the uploaded photo, and must not include instructions that beautify or smooth the face into a different person.
  2. Scene details checked. Outfit, setting, pose and lighting must all be described clearly enough that a first-time user gets the look in the preview.
  3. Preview matched. The image shown with the prompt must match what the prompt actually describes — same style of outfit, setting and mood. If the picture and the words disagree, the prompt does not publish.
  4. Instructions checked. The page must explain how to use the prompt: which AI tool, how to upload a clear front-facing selfie, what details the user can change, and what to try if the first result changes the face.
  5. Tool checked. Each prompt names the AI tool it is written for, so nobody pastes a Gemini prompt into the wrong app and blames the prompt.

What we honestly cannot promise

AI image tools are not fully predictable. The same prompt can give a slightly different result on a different photo, a different day, or after the tool itself updates. A clear, unfiltered, front-facing selfie gives the most reliable result, and our guides say so openly. Where a style is known to be harder — heavy filters, side angles, group photos — the guide states the limit instead of pretending it is not there.

If a prompt goes wrong

When a prompt is reported to mislead or stops working the way its page describes, we re-check it. We fix the wording, replace the preview, or remove the prompt — in that order. Report a problem through the Contact page and it goes to the top of the review list.

These checks sit alongside our Editorial Policy, which covers who writes and reviews LadyPrompts content and the honesty rules we publish by.
