Three weekends, if she's lucky
Peak fall colour is the most perishable backdrop in photography. It arrives unevenly, peaks for days rather than weeks, and is usually rained on at least once during its short run. The women who get great fall portraits are mostly the women who happened to be standing in a park, in the right clothes, on the right afternoon - a lottery most of us lose most years.
What these prompts do
These prompts hold the season still. From her selfie - her face preserved exactly, under the strict wording used across LadyPrompts - they build the fall day she would have chosen: the maple path, the lakeside colour, the golden park walk. Two of this set's portraits were among the first fall prompts on the site, generated as real Gemini edits; the newest were produced and season-checked the same way during this build, with mixed, believable colour as the pass mark.
Using them well
Dress her in the fall palette (rust, camel, cream, burgundy) and let the background supply the spectacle. Post through the season rather than in one dump - September's golden green is a different photograph from November's rust and bare branches, and this collection spans both. The face, as always here, is non-negotiable: hers, untouched, in the middle of the best October she never had to schedule.
